Headstone: A partial headstone still exists, but removed. It now lines the main upper path with many others embedded in the tarmac

Inscription is carved & worn reads: In affectionate remembrance of  William Balmer the beloved husband of Mary Balmer who died April 27 1888 aged 46 years “Take warning by my sudden call and thus the manner when or where” also six children who died in infancy, also William son of the above who died June 28th 1903 aged 35 years “His end was Peace”
